Procurement is a complex and ever-changing field. What was most useful last year may not be relevant this year. A reliable medicine may start to lose its effectiveness. And teams may know that their processes can be improved, but lack the skills or confidence to make it happen. That’s why we work with health teams and experts across our region, to bring novel solutions to more people.
Training Australia’s pharmacists
Pharmacists are skilled health professionals who are able to safely dispense the most effective medicines. But many pharmacists are averse to the risks these medicines carry, and don’t see as many customers as other pharmacy staff do – which makes them uncertain. We developed a training module for Australia’s 5,600 pharmacies on how to safely prescribe Schedule 3 medicines, emboldening pharmacists with new knowledge, to better help their patients.
Delivering procurement solutions across our region
In our search for procurement solutions that help teams work, we’ve met and made some pretty useful products. From Timor-Leste to Papua New Guinea, we’ve designed and delivered training sessions to key local health teams in areas including mSupply, Tupaia and ProcureRx.

Innovation isn’t a dirty word. But we’re not looking for new ways of doing things just for the sake of it. We’re not interested in glamorous solutions that never get adopted.
