About us

We’re a purpose-driven procurement agency that strengthens health systems through collaborative pharmaceutical procurement and accessible health technology.

The problem

Working side-by-side with governments and health teams across the Asia-Pacific, we’re helping get better medicines to the people who need them most.

We know that acquiring and keeping track of medicine is a complicated task. Managing thousands of products arriving from different suppliers at different times and getting products to far-off clinics before they expire requires complex planning and deep knowledge of what you’ve got.

It’s even harder in low-resource settings. Under-investment in the health systems of low- to middle-income countries restricts local teams’ capacity to store and measure the usage of health commodities. And grappling with complex bureaucracy and paperwork in a different language complicates things further.

But we know these local health teams are uniquely placed to meet the procurement and storage needs of their communities and help bring medicine to the people who need it most. That’s where we come in.

What we’re doing about it

With nearly a decade of experience working in pharmaceutical procurement and health management in Australia, Fiji, Timor-Leste and Cambodia, we’re uniquely aware of the challenges and complexities of pharmaceutical supply in low-resource settings.

But we’re also aware of the untapped potential of local health procurement experts.

We’re working side-by-side with local teams to bring our Australian expertise and low-cost tech to support locally grounded procurement system strengthening. We’re collaborating with government to make their pharmaceutical procurement systems more accurate, more sustainable, and less reliant on the work of flown-in foreigners. We’re using our international skills and experience to refine systems, bring in useful adapted tech, mentor local teams and find effective financial savings.
